We offer different return policies based on what you purchased.
- Online Access: These orders can be returned within five days of purchase. Please contact us by email at support@flatworld.com or by phone at 877.257.9243.
- Access Passes and Codes: Please visit the bookstore or retailer where you purchased your pass to return.
- Downloadable Textbook: Just like Online Access, these orders can be returned within five days of purchase, but no returns are available if you've already downloaded the textbook files. Please contact us by email at support@flatworld.com or by phone at 877.257.9243.
- Color Printed Textbook: If your textbook was not shipped within the promised timeframe or if you received the wrong textbook, please contact us by email at support@flatworld.com or by phone at 877.257.9243. We do not otherwise accept returns of printed textbooks.
